Employment-Related Disputes
We have significant experience representing employers in commercial litigation relating to employment issues. Many of these cases involve enforcement of restrictive covenants where employees or prior owners of a company leave and go to work for a competitor, where an employee is suspected of theft or of having breached a duty of loyalty to the employer. We have also represented defendants improperly accused of breaching an employment agreement.
