Real Estate Disputes
We represent sellers and buyers in disputes concerning the sale of real estate. Some issues that arise in this area are whether the parties have arrived at a contract, whether it is enforceable, whether changing circumstances may allow a party to rescind (end) the contract or change it, whether there was a mutual mistake or information that was not known at the time of the transaction that may allow one party to challenge the real estate deal, disputes about what was included in the deal, or whether the seller properly warranted the sale.
